At Major Fitness, we stand behind our high-performance gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all equipment is in its original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to start the return process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all bolts, components, and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
